RETURN PROCEDURE
When returning a product you have two options:
1. Product Replacement
In case of replacement of a product you will need to contact us by phone at 2105025909 or send an email to info@cocomo.gr to letus know which product you wish to replace it with. In two working days the new product will be shipped and as soon as it is delivered by the courier company, the original product will be given back to you. In case the product has a higher value than the previous one, you will be charged the difference and in case of a lower value we will refund your money.
2. Product Return
You have the right to return a product that you have purchased from our online store, only if the product has not been used, its labels have not been removed and it is not a discount product and request a refund of the price you have paid or the issuance of a credit voucher of a value equivalent to the price paid and lasting 1 year, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
In this case, the return costs of the product are borne by the customer, who can choose any courier company he wishes (EXCEPT ELTA POST). The refund process is initiated as soon as we receive the product and as long as it is in perfect condition and is completed within 15 working days. Once completed by us we inform you via email.
In case of any defect, a replacement is made only if we are informed on the day of receipt. Beyond this period, replacement is not possible.
In this case, the defective product will be replaced with a new one and you will not be charged any additional fee.
In case of our error, we will refund you in full the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.
